Overview
The starting point of this small but intense Trek is Amalfi. The Valle delle Ferriere, rich in natural landscapes, owes its name to a distant past, in fact even today you can find ironworks and ruins of medieval origin. The Valley is located on the border between Amalfi and Ravello, in the middle of the Scala mountains and is crossed by the Canneto river.
Along the way, you can also meet different types of animals, such as the Salamandrina Terdigitata, a curious local amphibian. During the trek, you can notice the rich beauty of the Valley
of flourishing nature, waterfalls, streams of water. The difference in altitude is 309 meters both uphill and downhill. There are no exposed features. At the end of the trek, there will be a visit and lunch at the "Agriturismo Foreporta", where you can taste typical local products strictly at 0 km.
